Our client was preparing for a refinery shutdown in Singapore
and required 2 sets of 1020 ‘U’ tubes.

Specifically, 19.05mm x 2.11mm with a straight leg length of 7315mm in ASTM A179 A450.

Tubes used were used straight from stock at 18200mm in length with a total of 2040 pieces being used. These were then packed in 16 wooden cases with a total weight of 37000kg and subsequently air freight to Singapore was organised.

The entire project was completed and ready to ship in 4 days
